These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our services. By booking a session, joining a course, or browsing our website, you're agreeing to them. If you have any questions at all, feel free to get in touch—we’re always happy to help.

  2. What We Offer

We provide life coaching, online training, and tools to help you move forward in life. Our sessions and content are delivered through Zoom, phone calls, online platforms, emails, and downloadable resources.

Please remember: our coaching and content are designed to support you—not replace professional advice.

  3. How Payments Work

We offer one-off sessions, courses, and subscriptions. All prices are in US dollars unless we say otherwise. Payments are handled through
secure third-party platforms.

Refunds

If something’s gone wrong or you feel the service didn’t meet your expectations, we want to hear from you. We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means you may be entitled to a refund if our services didn’t do what they promised. Please email us with your concerns and we’ll work it out together.

If you keep using our site or make your ongoing payments we're going to assume you're happy with the service and agree with theses t&c's (unless you tell us otherwise). If payment stops or fails, we may need to pause or cancel access.

  4. Booking, Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

We know life happens. You can reschedule a session if needed—as long as it's by mutual agreement and within reasonable notice. If you miss a session without letting us know, we may not be able to rebook it.

If you sign up to one of our membership programs and decide it is no longer for you, please email [email protected] and we will be able to work out with you the easiest way to cancel your subscription.

  5. Your Role in This Journey

You’re in the driver’s seat of your life. By using our services, you agree:

- That you're over 18 and capable of making decisions for yourself

- That you’re responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes

- That you understand we’re here to guide and support—not to make decisions for you

We’re not fortune-tellers or miracle workers. But we’ll do everything we can to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Just to be super clear:
We don’t provide financial advice, legal advice, or mental health treatment.

If you need help in these areas, we strongly encourage you to speak to a licensed professional.

Our coaching and materials are designed for general support and motivation. They’re not a substitute for expert advice tailored to your situation.

  7. Limiting Liability (The Serious Bit)

We do our very best to deliver great content and support. That said, things don’t always go as planned. So:

- We’re not liable for losses that are indirect, accidental, or unexpected (like lost income or missed opportunities)

- If something we do does cause you loss, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service

- Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under Australian law.

  8. Your Commitments as a User

By working with us, you agree to:

- Use our content and services only for personal, non-commercial use

- Keep login details private and secure

- Treat our team and community with respect

- Follow the laws of your country when using our site or services

- Avoid copying, distributing, or reselling our content

Everything you see, hear, or download from us—including programs, courses, branding, and written materials—belongs to Make Your Decision

Sometimes we may share links to websites, videos, or resources created by others. We do this to help you explore new ideas—but just so you know:

- We don’t control what’s on those external sites

- We can’t take responsibility for their accuracy, content, or values

We hope you’ll love working with us. But if things don’t feel like a good fit anymore:

You can cancel your subscription at any time (depending on your plan) We may end our services with you if payments aren’t made or if behavior is inappropriate or harmful We’ll always try to resolve things respectfully and fairly

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If there’s ever a legal disagreement, it will be handled through the courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the law or how we do business. If we make any big changes, we’ll let you know via our site or email. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated version.
